• Over 14 years of Experience in Domestic BPO Industry.
• 1997 - Started as the 1st Captive Consumer Durable call center when Godrej Appliance had joint venture with GE
• 2002 - Established as Lawkim Upstream Contact Management Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture company between Lawkim Pvt. Ltd. (a Godrej enterprise) and Upstream, a division of the US travel major- Rosenbluth International
• 2006 - In December, Lawkim Upstream Contact Management Ltd was rechristened ‘Godrej Upstream Limited’.
• 2008 - Godrej upstream Limited had under gone Management Buyout and was named as Eureka Outsourcing solutions Limited
• Managing a wide array of verticals across process which Includes Telecom, Financial services, Insurance, Travel, Consumer Durables etc.
